Components of the application file for a Certificate of eligibility for dance studio business are specified in Article 19 of the Decree 36/2019/ND-CP as follows:

Application documents for a Certificate of Eligibility

Application documents for a Certificate of Eligibility include:

1. Application for issuance of Certificate of eligibility according to Form No. 02 in the Appendix issued with this Decree.

2. Summary of the preparation of conditions for sports business activities according to Form No. 03 in the Appendix issued with this Decree (attached with a copy of the Business Registration Certificate; copies of diplomas, certificates, certificates of professional staff if falling into the cases specified in Articles 15, 16 and 17 of this Decree).

Accordingly, the application file for a Certificate of eligibility for dance studio business includes:

(1) Application for issuance of Certificate of eligibility.

(2) Summary of preparation of conditions for sports activities business (attached with a copy of the Business Registration Certificate).

To which agency can an enterprise submit a request for a Certificate of eligibility for dance studio business?

The agency receiving the application for a Certificate of eligibility for dance studio business is specified in Article 20 of Decree 36/2019/ND-CP as follows:

Procedures for issuance Certificate of eligibility

1. The enterprise sends 01 set of application documents to the specialized agency in physical education and sports under the Provincial People’s Committee where the sports business location is registered or where the enterprise is headquartered in case the enterprise has many sports business locations.

The specialized agency in physical education and sports under the Provincial People’s Committee (hereinafter referred to as the agency issuing the Certificate of Eligibility) issues the enterprise a document receiving documents. In case the dossier needs to be amended or supplemented, the agency issuing the Certificate of Eligibility shall notify the enterprise directly or in writing of the contents that need to be amended or supplemented within 03 working days from the date of receipt of the dossier.

2. The inspection of business conditions for sports activities of enterprises is carried out according to the provisions of Point b, Clause 2, Article 55 of the Law on Physical Education and Sports, amended and supplemented according to the provisions of Clause 24, Article 1 of the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Physical Education and Sports.

3. Receiving documents and returning results is done at the headquarters of the agency issuing the Certificate of Eligibility or by post or electronically.

According to the above regulations, businesses can send an application for a Certificate of eligibility for dance gym business to the specialized agency in physical education and sports under the Provincial People’s Committee where the sports business location is registered.

Or you can send the application to the place where the business is headquartered in case the business has many sports business locations.

In what cases is an enterprise’s Certificate of eligibility for dance studio business revoked?

In cases where an enterprise’s Certificate of eligibility for dance studio business is revoked, it is stipulated in Article 23 of Decree 36/2019/ND-CP as follows:

Revocation of the Certificate of eligibility for dance studio business event

1, The enterprise has its Certificate of Eligibility revoked in one of the following cases:

a) Providing false information in the application for a Certificate of Eligibility;

b) Terminating the sports business.

2. Procedure for revocation of Certificate of Eligibility

a) Procedure for revocation of Certificate of Eligibility for the case specified in Point a, Clause 1 of this Article is carried out as follows:

The agency issuing the Certificate of Eligibility issues the Decision to revoke the Certificate of Eligibility; Notify the revocation decision to relevant agencies for coordinated implementation.

Enterprises must return the issued Certificate of Eligibility and stop all sports business activities immediately after the decision to revoke takes effect.

b) The procedure for revoking the Certificate of Eligibility for the case specified in Point b, Clause 1 of this Article is carried out as follows:

Within 03 working days, including From the time of termination of sports activities, the enterprise is responsible for returning the Certificate of Eligibility to the agency issuing the Certificate of Eligibility.

Within 03 working days from the time of receiving the Certificate of Eligibility returned by the enterprise, the agency issuing the Certificate of Eligibility shall issue a decision to revoke; Notify the recall decision to relevant agencies for coordinated implementation.

Thus, an enterprise may have its Certificate of eligibility for dance studio business revoked in the following cases:

– Providing false information in the application for a Certificate of Eligibility.

– Termination of sports activities business.
