2. What are the tasks of the Vietnam Association of Logistics Services Businesses?
According to Article 6 of the Charter (amended and supplemented) approved by the Vietnam Logistics Services Businesses Association along with Decision 07/QD-BNV 2013 stipulating that the Vietnam Logistics Services Businesses Association has the following tasks:
– Gathering and uniting members of the Association to build and develop a strong Association, implementing the Association’s principles and goals to develop industries and fields related to the Association’s activities, contributing to building and developing the country.
– Represents and acts as a contact point for members in researching and synthesizing members’ opinions to participate and make recommendations to members State agencies on guidelines and policies related to the Association’s field of operation according to the provisions of law.
– Participate in activities of the Federation of International Logistics Associations and the Federation of ASEAN Logistics Associations as well as other relevant international organizations according to the provisions of law.
– Protect legal rights and create conditions for units and organizations to members have access to international organizations in accordance with the law.
– Encourage mutual help and support among members.
– Legal advice, guidance, training and professional development for members in accordance with the law.
– Update and provide members with policies and laws. of the State related to the Association’s field of operation to help members avoid risks in research, science – engineering, consulting, research investment, and science and technology transfer in commercial services according to the provisions of law.
