c) For criteria for compliance with legal regulations on fire prevention and fighting: Based on information sources from the Fire Prevention and Fighting Police agency; information from area management activities of the local Forest Ranger agency; information from other relevant organizations and individuals;
d) For compliance criteria with tax and labor laws: Based on information sources from the Tax agency, the Labor and Social Affairs agency, the Social Insurance agency, and the Labor Union agency; information from area management activities of the local Forest Ranger agency; information from other relevant organizations and individuals;
d) For criteria for compliance with legal regulations on ensuring legal timber; criteria for compliance with the reporting regime as prescribed in Clause 4, Article 27 of Decree No. 102/2020/ND-CP and retention of original records according to the provisions of law; criteria of not violating the law to the extent that it must be handled according to the provisions of Clause 4, Article 13 of Decree No. 102/2020/ND-CP: Based on information sources from local management activities of the local Forest Ranger agency; information on the Law Violations Database in the Forestry sector (hereinafter abbreviated as Violations Database); information from other relevant organizations and individuals.

3. Perform verification:
a) The receiving agency notifies the enterprise on the Enterprise Classification Information System of the time and content that needs to be verified. In case the Enterprise Classification Information System cannot be applied, send a notice to the enterprise according to Form No. 03 Appendix I issued with this Circular;
b) The receiving agency shall directly carry out or coordinate with relevant agencies (in case of necessity), carry out the verification and prepare a Verification Record according to Form No. 04, Appendix I issued with this Circular;
c) In case of verification outside the provincial locality where the enterprise registers for classification: The receiving agency sends the content to be verified to the receiving agency in the locality where verification is needed to carry out verification according to the provisions of Points a and b of this Clause. The receiving agency performs the verification and notifies the verification results to the receiving agency where the enterprise registers for business classification.
Thus, according to the above regulations, the receiving agency shall directly carry out or coordinate with relevant agencies (in case of necessity) to prepare a record to verify registration information and classification of wood processing and exporting enterprises.
