b) The receiving agency shall directly carry out or coordinate with relevant agencies (in case of necessity), carry out the verification and prepare a Verification Record according to Form No. 04, Appendix I issued with this Circular;
c) In case of verification outside the provincial locality where the enterprise registers for classification: The receiving agency sends the content to be verified to the receiving agency in the locality where verification is needed to carry out verification according to the provisions of Points a and b of this Clause. The receiving agency performs the verification and notifies the verification results to the receiving agency where the enterprise registers for business classification.
