Acting as an agent for a veterinary drug shop is also veterinary drug trading, so in principle the conditions must still be ensured.

Conditions for trading in veterinary drugs
- Having an Enterprise Registration Certificate (or Business Registration Certificate);
- Having suitable premises, facilities and technical infrastructure (storage warehouses, equipment meeting drug storage requirements);
- The manager and persons directly selling veterinary drugs must hold a Veterinary Practice Certificate;
- Having a Certificate of Satisfaction of Conditions for Trading in Veterinary Drugs issued by the competent authority.
Do agents for veterinary drug shops need to meet conditions?
Yes. Under Article 166 of the Commercial Law 2005, commercial agency is where the agent, in its own name, buys and sells goods for the principal for remuneration — the agent’s buying and selling of veterinary drugs remains veterinary drug trading, so the agent must satisfy the conditions in Article 92 of the Veterinary Law 2015 as above, particularly the Certificate of Satisfaction of Conditions for Trading in Veterinary Drugs and personnel holding Veterinary Practice Certificates.
