Re-issue the Business Registration Certificate according to the law

1. What is a business registration certificate?

Pursuant to Article 68 of Decree 01/2021/ND-CP regulating the re-issuance of the Business Registration Certificate, as follows:

“Article 68. Re-issuance of the Business Registration Certificate, Certificate of change in registration content Business registration

1. In case an enterprise needs to have its Business Registration Certificate, confirmation of change in business registration content, certificate of branch or representative office operation registration, confirmation of change in branch or representative office operation registration content due to loss, fire, tear, destruction or other destruction, the enterprise shall send a written request for re-issuance to the Business Registration Office where The Business Registration Office will consider re-issuing within 03 working days from the date of receipt of the written request.
