Name and headquarters address of the Vietnamese law partnership firm;
Name of the partnership law firm between the foreign law practice organization and the Vietnamese law partnership firm;
Linh Practice areas of the partnership law firm between a foreign law practice organization and a Vietnamese law partnership firm;
Duration of operation of the partnership law firm;
Location of the partnership law firm’s headquarters;
Full name of the lawyer appointed as Director of a foreign law firm, accompanied by documents proving that the lawyer appointed by a foreign law-practicing organization as Director of a foreign law firm has had at least 02 consecutive years of law practice;
Commitment of the foreign law-practicing organization to have at least 02 foreign lawyers, including the Director of the foreign law firm, present and practice in Vietnam.
Each foreign lawyer must have a period of practice in Vietnam of 183 days or more in a continuous period of 12 months.
In case a foreign law firm in Vietnam establishes many branches in Vietnam, the total number of foreign lawyers present and practicing in Vietnam shall also comply with the provisions of Clause 1 of this Article. This;

1. The name of a branch of a foreign law-practicing organization in Vietnam must include the phrase “Branch”, the name of the foreign law-practicing organization and the name of the province or centrally run city where the branch is permitted to be located.
2. The name of a 100% foreign-owned law firm in Vietnam must include the phrase “Limited liability law firm” and the name of the foreign law practice organization.
3. The name of the joint venture law firm between a foreign law practice organization and a Vietnamese law practice organization is chosen by agreement between the parties but must include the phrase “Limited liability law firm”.
4. The name of the partnership law firm between a foreign law practice organization and a Vietnamese law partnership firm is chosen by agreement between the parties but must include the phrase “Partnership law firm”.
