The content of the application for business registration is specified in Article 23 of the Law on Enterprises 2020, specifically as follows:

2. When changing the business registration content without adding information about the business phone number, is the file valid?
Updating and supplementing information in the business registration file is prescribed in Article 63 Decree 01/2021/ND-CP, specifically as follows:

1. When registering or notifying changes to the business registration content, the business is responsible for adding missing information about the business’s phone number in the file. In case the enterprise does not add information about the phone number, the registration dossier and notice of change in business registration content are considered invalid.
2. Enterprises are obliged to update and supplement information in the Business Registration Certificate and business registration documents according to the provisions of Clause 3, Article 8 of the Law on Enterprises, as follows:
a) In case the enterprise updates or supplements information in the business registration documents that changes the content of the Business Registration Certificate but does not fall into the cases of registering changes to the business registration content specified in Articles 47 to Articles 55 of this Decree, enterprises send notices requesting to update and supplement business registration information to the Business Registration Office where the enterprise is headquartered. The Business Registration Office receives the notice, reviews the validity and issues the Business Registration Certificate to the enterprise;
