2. What are the procedures for registering a domestic travel service business?
According to Clause 1, Article 32 of the 2017 Law on Tourism, the application for a domestic travel service business license includes:
“Article 32. Documents, order, procedures, and authority to grant a domestic travel service business license
1. Dossier to apply for a domestic travel service business license includes:
a) Application for a domestic travel service business license according to the form prescribed by the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
b) A certified copy of the Business Registration Certificate;
c) Certificate receive a deposit for travel service business;
d) A certified copy of the appointment decision or labor contract between the travel service business and the person in charge of the travel service business;
dd) A certified copy of the diploma or certificate of the person in charge of the travel service business specified in Point c, Clause 1, Article 31 of this Law.”

“Article 36. Revocation of travel service business license
1. Enterprises whose travel service business license is revoked in the following cases:
a) Termination of travel service business activities, dissolution or bankruptcy;
b) Failure to meet one of the travel service business conditions specified in Clause 1 or Clause 2, Article 31 of this Law;
c) Failure to change the travel service business license as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 35 of this Law;
d) Harming national sovereignty, interests, national defense and security;
dd) Taking advantage of tourism activities to bring people from Vietnam abroad or from foreign countries into Vietnam illegally;
e) Allowing other organizations and individuals to use the enterprise’s travel service business license for business activities. business;
g) Failure to fully carry out the obligations specified in Point i, Clause 1, Article 37 of this Law, causing serious damage to the lives, health, and property of tourists;
h) Forging applications for issuance, renewal, or re-issuance of travel service business licenses.
2. The business has had its business license revoked Travel services according to the provisions of Points b and c, Clause 1 of this Article can only be applied for a travel service business license after 6 months from the effective date of the decision to revoke the license. Enterprises that have had their travel service business license revoked according to the provisions of Points d, dd, e, g and h, Clause 1 of this Article can only apply for a travel service business license after 12 months from the effective date of the decision to revoke the license.
3. The Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism regulates the order and procedures for revoking travel service business licenses.”
