Pursuant to Article 3 of Circular 07/2024/TT-BTTTT, the mechanism and principles for controlling rental prices for use of cable networks in buildings and rental prices for passive telecommunications technical infrastructure are provided as follows:
– The State manages rental prices for use of cable networks in buildings and rental prices for passive telecommunications technical infrastructure according to a market mechanism with State regulation; respects the right of organizations and individuals investing in cable networks in buildings and passive telecommunications technical infrastructure to determine prices and compete on prices in accordance with law.
– The State controls rental prices for use of cable networks in buildings and rental prices for passive telecommunications technical infrastructure in order to protect the lawful rights and interests of lessees, lessors and the common interests of society in accordance with law and Circular 07/2024/TT-BTTTT.
– Control of rental prices for use of cable networks in buildings and rental prices for passive telecommunications technical infrastructure is implemented through the rent-control method and rent-pricing method provided in Circular 07/2024/TT-BTTTT.
