Pursuant to Clause 2, Article 33 of the Law on Cyber Information Security 2015 on amendments, supplements, reissues, extensions, temporary suspension and revocation of the License to trade in civil cryptographic products and services:
“2. In case the License to trade in civil cryptographic products and services is lost or damaged, The enterprise sends an application to re-issue the License, clearly stating the reason, to the Government Cipher Committee. Within 05 working days from the date of receipt of the application, the Government Cipher Committee reviews and re-issues the License to the enterprise.”
Thus, the enterprise submits an application to re-issue the License to trade in civil cryptographic products and services (with reasons clearly stated) at the Government Cipher Committee.
Within 05 working days from the date of receiving the application, the enterprise will be reviewed by the Government Cipher Committee and re-issued with a License to trade in civil cryptographic products and services.
