The Government’s view on supporting businesses in the context of Covid-19?

According to Resolution 105/NQ-CP of 2021, the Government has the following view on support business:

Based on the above viewpoints and objectives and the practical situation stated in the above Resolution, the Government resolves 04 groups of tasks and solutions, of which for import-export enterprises:

Allows enterprises, cooperatives, and business households to submit scanned copy certified by digital signature For documents that must be submitted as originals in the form of paper/notarized/authenticated copies according to regulations of ministries and agencies to resolve congestion when clearing goods; Enterprises, cooperatives, and business households make additional payments after the goods are cleared for post-inspection.

Thus, when goods are congested, businesses can submit scanned copies but must have confirmation by digital signature For documents that must be submitted as originals in paper/notarized/authenticated copy form. Additional payment will then be made when the goods have been cleared through customs.
