Implementation process

Implementation time

The statutory processing time for enterprise establishment registration at the business registration authority is 03 working days from receiving a complete valid dossier under Decree 168/2025/ND-CP. Dossier preparation time depends on the client providing complete information and documents. For dossiers with foreign elements or conditional business lines, the time may be longer due to additional related procedures.

Frequently asked questions

How much capital is needed to establish a company?

The law does not prescribe a general minimum charter capital level (except certain business lines requiring statutory capital or separate financial conditions). The capital level should suit the actual scale and business plan; charter capital must be fully contributed within 90 days from the date of issuance of the Enterprise Registration Certificate.

Can foreigners establish companies in Vietnam?

Yes, subject to market access regulations and completing investment procedures (obtaining an Investment Registration Certificate) before enterprise establishment registration in cases prescribed by law.

How much does the company establishment service cost?
