The total company establishment fee is 1,950,000 VND (*) – Commitment to not incur any costs

TIME TO IMPLEMENT BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENT SERVICES CAREER
The total time to register a business is expected to take 04 working days. In which:
- 01 working days for ANT Legal to advise, prepare documents, submit documents to customers to sign, send staff to submit documents to establish a company at the Department of Finance;
- 03 working days for the Department of Finance to check the business’s records and issue a business license.
Note: Currently, business registration offices of provinces and cities only pay business licenses by mail. Therefore, the time to complete the establishment procedures may be longer than usual.
WHAT YOU NEED TO PREPARE AND DO TO REGISTER TO ESTABLISH A BUSINESS
1. Provide company address:
ANT Legal will check whether the proposed address is licensed or not before submitting business establishment documents.
2. Prepare company name:

3. Identify the industries you intend to do business in

4. Determine the capital of the enterprise:

5. Prepare ID card/CCCD/passport:
