Procedures for registering a charter capital increase
The company sends a notice of charter capital change to the provincial-level Business Registration Authority (the Business Registration Office under the Department of Finance) under Decree No. 168/2025/ND-CP, accompanied by the resolution/decision of the company owner on the charter capital increase.
