Procedures and procedures for issuance of a Certificate of eligibility for the business of a credit rating enterprise responsibilities

1. The enterprise submits one (01) set of application documents for a Business Eligibility Certificate to the Ministry of Finance to check the completeness and validity of the documents.

2. Within ten (10) working days from the date of receipt of the dossier, the Ministry of Finance shall notify the completeness and validity of the dossier and request the enterprise to supplement documents (if any) and send five (05) sets of official dossiers for appraisal.
